Vendor Reportedly Pitching Law Enforcement Body Cams With LIVE Facial Recognition
In what they are touting as an exclusive report, the online technology publication OneZero is reporting that "Wolfcom, a company that makes technology for police, is pitching body cameras with live facial recognition to law enforcement groups across the United States."
This would be a departure from the announced strategies of competitors in the law enforcement/body-worn camera space such as Axon and NEC, according to the report.
