The State of Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) offers a free searchable database of outstanding criminal warrants in the state. (URL updated April 27, 2005)
Warrant information is gathered from numerous local law enforcement agencies throughout the state. Inclusion in the database is dependent on the law enforcement agency in the locale where a warrant was issued reporting that warrant to the FDLE.
The database can be searched by:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Middle Name (or Initial)
- Nickname
- Race
- Sex
- Date of Birth or Age
Searches can be performed with as little information as just a Last Name or Nickname. (A minimum of the first two characters of the last name or the exact nickname must be entered.)
Returned warrant results include:
- Full Name
- Photo (if available)
- Nature of Offense
- Reporting Agency
- Agency Case Number
- Date of Warrant
- Warrant Number
- Date Warrant Entered
- Date of Birth
- Race
- Sex
- Hair & Eye Color
- Scars, Marks or Tattoos
- Occupation
- Last Known Address (at least the City & State)
